The goal is a system you can actually keep. Beautiful bins that need forty minutes a week to maintain are a failure. If it does not survive a bad Tuesday, it was not the right system.

How it works
Three steps, in order.
Start fresh — everything comes out
You can’t organize around things you haven’t looked at. The space gets emptied before any decisions get made.
You decide what stays
Nothing of yours gets thrown away without you saying so. I sort into categories and help you move through the fast calls — you stay in control of the harder ones.
Zones first, then labels
Things get grouped by how you actually use them, not just how they look. Then labeled so the system still works when someone else is putting things away.

For at least the sorting part, yes. Keep-or-donate decisions are yours to make. Once categories are set you are free to disappear.
I will measure and send you a shopping list with sizes, or shop for them at cost if you would rather not. Buying containers before sorting is the most common way this goes wrong.
