This clean is built backwards from the inspection. If a property manager in Pinellas or Hillsborough is going to open it, pull it out, or run a finger along it, it is on the list.

How it works
Three steps, in order.
Book it for after the truck
A move-out clean on a half packed apartment has to be redone and you pay twice. The right day is after the last box leaves and at least two days before the walkthrough.
Inspection order, not room order
Appliances and cabinet interiors first, because those are what get photographed. Floors last, once nothing else will drop dust on them.
Walk it together at the end
You see every room before I leave. If something needs another pass it happens then, not after you have handed back the keys.
Questions
About move-in / move-out.
It removes cleaning as a reason to withhold it. Repairs, damage, and unpaid rent are separate matters and no cleaner can help with those.
Often yes. Move-outs are the easiest thing to fit into a gap, so it is always worth asking even on short notice.
Not steam cleaning, no. Carpets are vacuumed thoroughly and I can point you to a local company for extraction if your lease requires it.
