Where the 10% went this quarter
A promise that only gets published when it is convenient is not a promise. So here are the numbers.
Every service booked through Shine for Good sets aside ten percent for organizations supporting adults with disabilities in Tampa Bay. It comes off the top of the service price, before supplies, before fuel, before anything I pay myself.
A commitment like that is easy to put on a business card and easy to quietly stop honoring. The only thing that makes it real is publishing it, so this post gets updated every quarter whether the number is impressive or not.
This quarter
- Reporting window: The current quarter closes before the next donation total is published here.
- What gets published: Services completed, total dollars given, the organization supported, and what the funds were used for.
- How often it updates: Once per quarter, even when the number is small.
- If you want the latest now: Text Chelsea and ask. It is a fair question and it gets a straight answer.
Why this specifically
Adults with disabilities are not a side cause here or a seasonal campaign. They are the reason this business gives at all. The point was never to bolt generosity onto a cleaning company after the fact. The point was to build the giving into the job itself so every clean does something concrete for someone beyond the home it happened in.
That is why this page exists. Publishing the numbers keeps the promise honest, and keeping the support local makes the impact easier to see. If you ever want to know where the quarter stands before the next report goes live, ask directly and you will get a real answer.
